I know that this strip is often based on events in your life, and no doubt this is an example. But what I want to know is: did he really look at his hands in panel 3? My guess is yes.
In the original K-Chronicles version of this strip, the editor looks down his pants… (And according to Keef, this has happened numerous times.) [The open-minded part, not the looking in the pants part.]
